Donovan is a seasoned energy consultant with over 15 years of experience in energy risk management, distributed generation, energy storage solutions, and demand-side management optimization. He has held leadership and consulting roles at industry-leading companies including ENGIE, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and EnerNOC. Donovan has advised commercial and industrial clients on commodity pricing strategies, contract structuring, and load management, focusing on cost reduction and enhancing energy resilience through effective energy management.

Donovan is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics. He brings a results-driven approach and a strong track record of delivering strategic, technical, and financial value across complex energy portfolios, ultimately helping to reduce utility costs.

Terry Kearns - VP | Origination | Senior Advisor

Terry connects commercial and industrial clients with strategic power solutions that drive efficiency, resilience, and cost control. He began his career at Merrill Lynch as a commodity futures broker focused on energy and financial markets, later joining a top-performing energy team at Prudential Securities in Dallas. Terry was also among the first 100 employees at Allegiance Telecom, a venture-backed telecom startup and early pioneer in data center colocation. Over the years, he has served as an advisor to early-stage companies across various industries and remains an active investor and trader in stocks and options.

With a long-standing background in commercial real estate throughout Austin and the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Terry brings a unique ability to anticipate trends and uncover value where others don’t yet see it. His cross-industry perspective, deep market instincts, and client-first approach have made him a trusted advisor for over three decades.
